Also provided is a process for PDP production in which a PDP member high in transmittance and reflectance and excellent in surface smoothness and film thickness evenness can be efficiently formed with high position precision. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The green sheet for forming plasma display panel members is characterized by comprising (A) an inorganic powder and (B) a binder resin and having a yield strength of 0.1-3.0 N, displacement at break of 20-300 mm, and surface hardness of 0.4-5.0 mN/mm2. L'invention a pour objet une feuille verte qui sert à former des éléments de PDP. Elle est suffisamment flexible, très facilement transportable et maniable, et sa dureté de surface la rend moins sensible aux imperfections, par exemple aux bosses. Cette invention concerne également un procédé pour la production de PDP, qui permet de former efficacement et avec une grande précision de positionnement un élément de PDP ayant des facteurs de transmission et de réflexion élevés, une surface extrêmement lisse et une épaisseur de film uniforme. La feuille verte selon l'invention comprend (A) une poudre inorganique et (B) une résine liante. Sa limite d'élasticité est de 0,1 à 3,0 N, son déplacement à la rupture de 20 à 300 mm, et sa dureté de surface de 0,4 à 5,0 mN/mm2.
