Abstract The invention relates to tumor-specific binding proteins and all uses thereof. In particular, the invention relates to antibodies or antibody fragments specific for antigens or molecules on cancer cells (CD166) and to methods of use thereof. Binding proteins comprising specific heavy and light chain CDRs are disclosed wherein the binding protein shows a measurable or significant binding to breast cancer cell line MDA-MB 231 but shows insignificant or unmeasurable binding to granulocytes or peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs). L'invention concerne des protéines de liaison spécifiques de tumeurs et leurs utilisations. L'invention concerne, en particulier, des anticorps ou des fragments d'anticorps spécifiques des antigènes ou des molécules présents sur des cellules cancéreuses (CD166) et leurs procédés d'utilisation. Des protéines de liaison comprenant des CDR spécifiques à chaînes lourde et légère sont décrites. Ces protéines présentent une liaison mesurable ou significative à la lignée cellulaire du cancer du sein MDA-MB 231 mais présentent une liaison insignifiante ou non mesurable aux granulocytes ou aux lymphocytes du sang périphérique (PBL).
