Abstract | Disclosed is a glass for anodic bonding which has low thermal expansion coefficient and can be finely processed by laser light. Specifically disclosed is a glass for anodic bonding which has a base glass composition containing 1-6% by mole of Li2O + Na2O + K2O, and an average thermal expansion coefficient from room temperature to 450°C of from 32 x 10-7 to 39 x 10-7 K-1. This glass for anodic bonding contains a metal oxide as a coloring agent in an amount of 0.01-5% by mole relative to the base glass composition, and has an absorption coefficient at a certain wavelength not more than 535 nm of 0.5-50 cm-1.
L'invention a trait à un verre pour liaison anodique, ayant un faible coefficient de dilatation thermique et pouvant faire l'objet d'un traitement de précision à la lumière laser. Plus précisément, l'invention a trait à un verre pour liaison anodique, ayant une composition de verre de base contenant de 1 à 6 % par mole de Li2O + Na2O + K2O, et un coefficient de dilatation thermique moyen, de la température ambiante à 450°C, de 32 x 10-7 à 39 x 10-7 K-1.
