Abstract | It is possible to rapidly switch a path from one to another. Path control means (5) controls a plurality of paths (4a, 4b). Upon reception of an error, the path control means (5) switches the path. A target driver (6) issues an I/O stop request to a disc array device (3) in response to detection of a time out of a path connection by the path control means (5). Moreover, upon reception of an error, the target driver (6) outputs the error to the path control means (5). A fiber channel driver (7) controls a fiber channel adapter (2). When the target driver (6) has issued an I/O stop request, the fiber channel driver (7) sets all the processes associated with a disc array device (3) to the closed state and outputs an error report to the target driver (6).
Il est possible de commuter rapidement un trajet d'un trajet à un autre. Des moyens (5) de commande de trajet commandent une pluralité de trajets (4a, 4b).
