Abstract Disclosed is a moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt adhesive which contains a urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyol (A) with a polyisocyanate (B). The polyol (A) contains, relative to the total mass thereof, 40-80% by mass of a polycarbonate polyol (a1), 5-40% by mass of a polytetramethylene glycol (a2), and 5-40% by mass of a polyester polyol (a3) which is obtained by reacting a polycarboxylic acid containing an aliphatic polycarboxylic acid and an aromatic polycarboxylic acid with a polyether polyol which is obtained by adding an alkylene oxide to bisphenol A. Also disclosed is a multilayer sheet using such a moisture-curablepolyurethane hot melt adhesive. This adhesive is capable of maintaining excellent adhesive strength even after repeated washing under stringent washing conditions, without deteriorating soft texture of the multilayer sheet.
