Abstract | The present invention relates to a method for preparing 3- O- substituted ascorbic acid derivatives represented by formula 1, in which 5, 6-O-isopropylidene ascorbic acid is reacted with a halide in an organic solvent in the presence of the anion exchange resin absorbed with multi-iodine anions and then deprotected. The method of the present invention has an advantage of providing a target compound with high purity and high yield by finishing the reaction within a short period of time at room temperature.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de dérivés d'acide ascorbique substitué 3- O- représentés par la formule (1), dans laquelle l'acide ascorbique 5, 6-O-isopropylidène est mis en réaction avec une halogénure dans un solvant organique en présence de la résine échangeuse d'anions absorbée par des anions à iodes multiples puis est déprotégé. Le procédé selon l'invention présente l'avantage d'utiliser un composé cible de pureté élevée et de rendement élevé dans la mesure où la mise en réaction s'effectue sur une période brève à température ambiante. |
