Novel silica composite capsules which can be easily produced; a composition containing the silica composite capsules; and a transparent gel-form composition which is excellent in appearance transparency and use feeling, especially a transparent gel-form composition which has improved cleaning ability when used as a cleaning preparation. A substance capable of forming micelles in water is mixed in an aqueous solution with a water-soluble silane derivative having a specific structure. Thus, micelle/silica composite capsules are easily obtained in an aqueous system. By mixing a surfactant, water, an oil, and a water-soluble silane derivative having a specific structure, emulsion/silica composite capsules can be easily obtained in which the emulsion particles as the inner phase are surrounded with the silica. Furthermore, by incorporating a water-soluble silane derivative having a specific structure into a composition capable of giving a surfactant association structure in which water constitutes a continuous phase or both water and an oil each constitutes a continuous phase, a transparent gel-form composition is obtained which is excellent in appearance transparency, use feeling, and cleaning ability. La présente invention concerne des capsules de composite de silice innovant qui peuvent être facilement préparées ; une composition contenant les capsules de composite de silice ; et une composition sous forme de gel transparent qui possède des propriétés excellentes de transparence d'aspect et de sensation pendant l'utilisation, spécialement une composition sous forme de gel transparent qui possède un pouvoir nettoyant amélioré quand elle est utilisée en tant que préparation nettoyante. Une substance capable de former des micelles dans l'eau est mélangée dans une solution aqueuse avec un dérivé de silane hydrosoluble ayant une structure spécifique. Des capsules de micelle/composite de silice sont ainsi aisément obtenues dans un système aqueux. En mélangeant un tensioactif, de l'eau, une huile et un dérivé de silane hydrosoluble ayant une structure spécifique, on peut aisément obtenir des capsules d'émulsion/composite de silice dans lesquelles les particules de l'émulsion en tant que phase interne sont entourées par la silice. En outre, en incorporant un dérivé de silane hydrosoluble ayant une structure spécifique dans une composition capable de donner une structure en association avec le tensioactif dans laquelle l'eau constitue une phase continue ou dans laquelle l'eau et une huile constituent chacune une phase continue, on obtient une composition sous forme de gel transparent qui possède des propriétés excellentes de transparence d'aspect, de sensation pendant l'utilisation et de pouvoir nettoyant.
