The invention relates to pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives of formula (I), wherein Y1, Y2 and Y3 independant ly are e.g. CR10, NH, S or O, whereby at least one of Y1, Y2 and Y3 denotes CR10; R1 represents chloro or bromo; R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 represent e.g. hydrogen or C1-C6-alkyl, and R10, represents e.g. hydrogen, halogen or phenyl; which are potent mGluR5 modulators and are e. g. useful for the treatment of various neurological disorders. Cette invention concerne des dérivés de pyrazolopyrimidines représentés par la formule (I), dans cette formule, Y1, Y2 et Y3 indépendamment les uns des autres sont, par exemple, CR10, NH, S ou O, au moins l'un de Y1, Y2 et Y3 désigne CR10; R1 représente chloro ou bromo; R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 et R7 représentent par exemple, hydrogène ou alkyle C1-C6, et R10 représente, par exemple, hydrogène, halogène ou phényle; lesquels dérivés sont des modulateurs mGluR5 puissants et ils sont utiles, par exemple, pour traiter divers troubles neurologiques.
