Abstract Disclosed is an electrolyte solution containing a fluorine-containing lactone represented by the formula (I) below and an electrolyte salt. This electrolyte solution is excellent in flame retardance, low-temperature characteristics and withstand voltage. In this electrolyte solution, the electrolyte salt has high solubility and exhibits excellent compatibility with an hydrocarbon solvent. (I) (In the formula, Rf1 represents a fluorine-containing ether group, a fluorine-containing alkoxy group or a fluorine-containing alkyl group having two or more carbon atoms.) La présente invention concerne une solution électrolytique contenant une lactone fluorée représentée par la formule (I) et un sel électrolytique. Cette solution électrolytique est excellente en termes de caractère ignifuge, de caractéristiques à basse température et de tension de tenue. Dans cette solution électrolytique, le sel électrolytique présente une bonne solubilité et présente une excellente compatibilité avec un solvant de type hydrocarbure.
