Abstract | A gas-solids reaction system is provided for improving product recovery in a multiple reactor reaction system. The solids of the product gas-solids flows from the multiple reactors are separated out in a separation vessel having a baffled transition zone. Additional product vapor is stripped from the solids as the solids pass through the baffled transition zone. The solids are then returned to the multiple reactors.
L'invention concerne un système réactionnel gaz-solides servant à améliorer la récupération du produit dans un système réactionnel à réacteurs multiples. Les solides du flux gaz-solides provenant des réacteurs multiples sont séparés dans une cuve de séparation possédant une zone de transition pourvue de chicanes. La vapeur supplémentaire du produit est extraite des solides simultanément au passage de ces derniers à travers la zone de transition à chicanes. Les solides sont ensuite retournés aux réacteurs multiples. |
