Abstract The subject of this invention is inorganic filling for panel core and method of its manufacturing and therefore development of inorganic Filling for construction insulation panel based on expanded perlite and method for continuous manufacturing of construction insulation panels based on expanded perlite with new filling. The developed product will fulfill the requirements of specific material properties such as: low density (from 100 to 160 kg/m3), good mechanical properties, low thermal conductivity (<0.06 W/mK), water resistance, hydrophobic properties and flame resistance, and in addition, the product is biologically friendly and environmentally friendly products, the technology of manufacturing is economically sound and environmentally friendly. The basic technological methods of development of new product are mixing of basic raw materials, compacting of material, microwave heating, thermal pressure treatment, hydrophobic treatment of manufactured inorganic filling panels and their bonding (using adhesives) into panels. La présente invention concerne une charge inorganique pour l'âme de panneau et son procédé de fabrication et donc le développement d'une charge inorganique pour panneau de construction isolant à base de perlite expansée et le procédé de fabrication continue de panneaux de construction isolants à base de perlite expansée avec la nouvelle charge. Le produit développé remplira les conditions des propriétés de matériaux spécifiques telles que : une basse densité (de 100 à 160 kg/m3), de bonnes propriétés mécaniques, une basse conductivité thermique (< 0,06 W/mK), une résistance à l'eau, des propriétés hydrophobes et un caractère ignifuge, et en outre, le produit est sans risque biologique ni pour l'environnement, la technologie de fabrication est intéressante sur le plan économique et sans risque pour l'environnement. Les procédés technologiques de base de développement de nouveau produit consistent à un mélange des matières premières de base, un compactage du matériau, un chauffage par micro-ondes, un traitement de pression thermique, un traitement hydrophobe des panneaux de charges inorganiques fabriqués et leur liaison (en utilisant des adhésifs) dans les panneaux.
