Abstract Disclosed is a semiconductor light-emitting device having improved light-extraction efficiency. Specifically disclosed is a semiconductor light-emitting device (1) comprising a semiconductor light-emitting element (10), a phosphor layer (11) which is so formed as to cover at least a part of the semiconductor light-emitting element (10), and an outer layer (12) which is so formed as to cover at least a part of the phosphor layer (11). The phosphor layer (11) contains a binder (17) and a phosphor (18) dispersed in the binder (17), and the outer layer (12) contains a porous material (19). Consequently, the semiconductor light-emitting device (1) is improved in light-extraction efficiency. La présente invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent à semi-conducteurs, présentant une efficacité d'extraction de lumière améliorée. Elle concerne plus spécifiquement un dispositif électroluminescent à semi-conducteurs (1) comprenant un élément électroluminescent à semi-conducteurs (10), une couche de phosphore (11) formée de manière à couvrir au moins une partie de l'élément électroluminescent à semi-conducteurs (10) et une couche extérieure (12) formée de manière à couvrir au moins une partie de la couche de phosphore (11). La couche de phosphore (11) contient un liant (17) et du phosphore (18) dispersé dans le liant (17) ; la couche externe (12) contient un matériau poreux (19).
