L'invention concerne un module frontal (FEM) d'un terminal de communication mobile et une méthode de fabrication de ce FEM. Ce FEM comprend une unité de commutation RF multibande montée sur un substrat et un fil présentant une extrémité reliée à une plage de connexion d'une extrémité d'entrée d'une antenne, et l'autre extrémité est reliée à une plage de connexion de l'unité de commutation RF multibande, le fil générant une inductance pour une crête d'induction dans une bande passante de signal.
