Abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a practical, high-strength composite material cable exhibiting good and stabilized strength and uniform axial force against bending to sustain the shape stably, and capable of being wound around a reel without a loss in shape and being inserted into a hole or a tube without buckling. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A single twisted cable of a high-strength composite material is employed as a strand, and a plurality of strands are stranded in a direction opposite to the twisting direction of the strand at a twist angle of 2-12°, thus attaining a double twisted structure.
Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de la présente invention est de fournir un câble en matériau composite pratique et à haute résistance affichant une bonne résistance stabilisée et une force axiale uniforme contre le fléchissement afin de soutenir la forme de manière stable et susceptible d'être enroulé autour d'une bobine sans perte de forme et d'être inséré dans un trou ou un tube sans voilage. La solution proposée est un câble à simple torsade en matériau composite à haute résistance employé en tant que brin, et une pluralité de brins sont toronnés dans une direction opposée à la direction de torsion du brin à un angle de torsion entre 2 et 12 °, atteignant ainsi une structure à double torsade. |
