Abstract | A buried-contact solar cell, in-process buried-contact solar cell components and methods for making buried contact solar cells wherein a self-doping contact material is placed in a plurality of buried-contact surface grooves. By combining groove doping and metallization steps, the resulting solar cell is simpler and more economical to manufacture.
Cette invention se rapporte à une pile solaire à contacts enfouis, à des composants de piles solaires à contacts enfouis semi-finis et à des procédés pour fabriquer des piles solaires à contacts enfouis, dans lesquels un matériau de contact auto-dopant est placé dans plusieurs rainures de surface à contacts enfouis. En combinant les étapes de dopage et de métallisation des rainures de surface, la pile solaire qui en résulte est plus simple et plus économique à fabriquer. |
