An integrated touch screen and OLED flat-panel display includes a touch screen having a touch screen substrate with electrical contacts for receiving touch screen signals and conductive vias through the substrate and electrically connected to the electrical contacts; an OLED flat-panel display having a display substrate with electrical contacts for receiving display signals and an exposed area on the display substrate for providing electrical connection to the electrical contacts of the display and the touch screen; and wherein the touch screen substrate is the cover or substrate of the OLED flat-panel display, the conductive vias are electrically connected to conductors and electrical contacts located on the display substrate, and the substrate of the OLED flat-panel display protrudes beyond the cover to provide electrical connection to the electrical contacts of the display and touch screen. L'invention concerne un écran tactile et plat OLED intégré qui comprend un écran tactile pourvu d'un substrat d'écran tactile doté de contacts électriques servant à recevoir des signaux d'écran tactile et des trous d'interconnexion conducteurs situés à travers le substrat et connectés électriquement aux contacts électriques. Ledit écran comporte aussi un écran plat OLED possédant un substrat d'affichage doté de contacts électriques servant à recevoir des signaux d'affichage et une zone exposée sur le substrat d'affichage de manière à produire une connexion électrique avec les contacts électriques de l'écran d'affichage et de l'écran tactile. Ledit substrat de l'écran tactile constitue le revêtement ou le substrat de l'écran plat OLED, les trous d'interconnexion conducteurs sont connectés électriquement aux conducteurs et aux contacts électriques situés sur le substrat d'affichage, et le substrat de l'écran plat OLED ressort en saillie au delà du revêtement, de façon à produire une connexion électrique avec les contacts électriques de l'écran tactile et d'affichage.
