Abstract A capsule dosing system (80) has a first capsule (90) for in-body marking, a second capsule (100) for dosing, a marking device for applying marking in a living body, a medicine holding section for holding a medicine, a discharging device for discharging the medicine, a detecting device for detecting the marking, a determining device for determining whether or not the marking detected by the detecting device is a specific marking, and a discharge controlling device for activating the discharging device when the determining device determines the marking is the specific marking. The first capsule (90) has the marking device, and the second capsule (100) has the medicine holding section and the discharging section.
