Abstract Stormwater management use devices, apparatus, systems and methods of automatically and intelligently monitoring sources of irrigation water such as stormwater, ponds, wells, reclaimed water and potable water with environmental and water quality sensors in order to control water treatment and distribution of the water based on demand for irrigation applications as well as for rehydration of wetlands as well as agricultural applications and other non potable and potable uses. The invention can also detect hazardous waste conditions in the source of waters for potential treatment.
