A method for preparing a coprecipitate of a substance sparingly soluble in water and a polymer soluble in water, which comprises a step of providing a mixture solution of the substance sparingly soluble in water dissolved in an aqueous organic solvent, a step of pouring the mixture solution into the flux of a liquid medium having water as a main component, and a step of allowing the liquid medium having water as a main component containing the mixture solution having been poured therein to flow by a distance sufficient for forming a coprecipitate, wherein the above mixture solution and/or the above liquid medium comprises the water-soluble polymer. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de coprécipités de substances modérément solubles dans l'eau et de polymères solubles dans l'eau, qui consiste à prendre une solution de mélange de substances modérément solubles dans l'eau dissoute dans un solvant organique aqueux, à verser cette solution de mélange dans le flux d'un milieu liquide possédant de l'eau comme composant principal est à permettre à ce milieu liquide possédant de l'eau comme composant principal et contenant cette solution de mélange ayant été versée dans ce milieu de s'écouler à une distance suffisante pour former un coprécipité, cette solution de mélange et ce milieu liquide comprenant le polymère soluble dans l'eau.
