A remedy for spinal canal stenosis which comprises a combination of a compound having EP2 agonism with a compound having EP3 agonism. A drug comprising a combination of a compound having EP2 agonism with a compound having EP3 agonism shows an efficacy in a rat gait disorder model induced by compression of cauda equina. Namely, it is efficacious against spinal canal stenosis to use a combination of a compound having EP2 agonism with a compound having EP3 agonism or a compound having both of EP2 agonism and EP3 agonism. La présente invention concerne un remède pour la sténose du canal vertébral qui comprend une combinaison d'un composé possédant un agoniste EP2 et d'un composé possédant un agoniste EP3. Un médicament comprenant une combinaison d'un composé possédant un agoniste EP2 et d'un composé possédant un agoniste EP3 montre une efficacité dans un modèle de trouble de la démarche du rat induit par compression de la queue de cheval. Ce médicament est efficace contre la sténose du canal vertébral par l'utilisation d'une combinaison d'un composé possédant un agoniste EP2 et d'un composé possédant un agoniste EP3 ou par l'utilisation d'un composé possédant l'agoniste EP2 et l'agoniste EP3.
