A method of producing a reinforcing fiber woven fabric, for producing on a weaving machine a reinforcing fiber woven fabric from wefts of reinforcing fiber yarns and warps of reinforcing fibers, the method comprising providing, on a weft supply passage for supplying wefts from a weft bobbin to a weaving machine, a weft unwinding means for laterally unwinding wefts from a weft bobbin, and a weft storing cylinder body for sucking, along with air, part of wefts thus unwound and directed toward the weaving machine and temporarily storing them therein, contactingly supporting wefts, minimized in generation of twist by means of lateral unwinding, by a weft contacting means provided in the weft storing cylinder body while being stored in the weft storing cylinder, and preventing the generation of twist of wefts being stored by this supporting; a production device therefor; and a reinforcing fiber woven fabric produced therefrom. L'invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer un tissu à fibres de renforcement sur un métier à tisser à partir de trames de fils de fibres de renforcement et de chaînes de fibres de renforcement. Ce procédé consiste à préparer, sur un passage de trame d'une bobine de trame vers un métier à tisser, un dispositif de déroulement de trame pour dérouler latéralement la trame de la bobine et un corps cylindrique de stockage de trame pour aspirer, avec de l'air, des parties de trame déroulées et dirigées vers le métier à tisser et les stocker temporairement. Selon le procédé, les trames, à torsion réduite au moyen du déroulement latéral, sont supportées par un dispositif de contact monté dans le corps cylindrique de stockage de trame, dans lequel elles sont stockées, la torsion des trames ainsi stockées étant évitée. La présente invention porte également sur un dispositif de fabrication associé et sur un tissu à fibres de renforcement ainsi fabriqué.
