Abstract A temperature control means (U) of an evaporator for controlling the supply amount of water to the evaporator based on the flow of exhaust gas and the temperatures of the exhaust gas, water, and steam to match the temperature of the steam generated by heating the water by the exhaust gas from an engine to a target temperature, wherein the flow (Gmix) of the exhaust gas is calculated based on the fuel injection amount, air fuel ratio, and rotational speed of the engine to increase an accuracy and a responsiveness, whereby a control accuracy for matching the steam temperature to the target temperature can be increased by controlling the supply amount of the water to the evaporator based on the flow (Gmix) of the exhaust gas.
