Summary:The invention concerns asymmetric metal complexes based on a transition metal and comprising as ligand of said metal at least an optically active form of a compound of general formula (I). The invention also concerns the preparation and the use of said complexes in asymmetric organic synthesis and in particular for enantioselective reduction of ketone derivatives by hydride transfer. La présente invention a pour objet principal des complexes métalliques asymétriques à base d'un métal de transition et comprenant à titre de ligand dudit métal au moins une forme optiquement active d'un composé de formule générale (1). La présente invention vise également le procédé de préparation et l'utilisation de ces complexes en synthèse organique asymétrique et notamment pour la réduction énantiosélective de dérivés cétoniques par transfert d'hydrure.
