L'invention concerne une composition de détergent pour laver la vaisselle dotée d'acides polycarboxyliques hydrophobiquement modifiés et d'entités solubles dans l'eau réduisant la formation de tartre de phosphate. La composition de détergent pour laver la vaisselle présente d'excellentes propriétés de nettoyage et d'apparence du verre, même en l'absence d'additifs de NaCl et de compositions d'aide au rinçage classiques.
