Abstract | The method involves the following steps: a) leaching said IGCC ashes with an extracting agent selected amongst water, an aqueous solution of an acid and an aqueous solution of a base in order to solubilize all or part of the Ge contained in said IGCC ashes; b) separating the solid and liquid phases in the solution or suspension resulting from step a) into a solid phase (S1) and a liquid phase (L1) which contains the Ge and c) recovering the Ge in said liquid phase (L1). The inventive method makes it possible to upgrade the IGCC ashes by recovering the Ge and, optionally, other valuable metals, e.g. Ga, V and/or Ni.
El procedimiento comprende las etapas de: a) lixiviar dichas cenizas GICC con un agente extractante, seleccionado entre agua, una disolución acuosa de un ácido y una disolución acuosa de una base, para solubilizar la totalidad o parte del Ge contenido en dichas cenizas GICC; b) separar las fases sólida y líquida existentes en la solución o suspensión resultante de la etapa a) en una fase sólida (S1) yen una tase líquida (L1) que contiene el Ge; y c) recuperar el Ge de dicha fase líquida (L1). El procedimiento permite valorizar las cenizas GICC mediante la recuperación de Ge y, opcionalmente, otros metales valiosos, por ejemplo, Ga, V y/o Ni.
