Abstract | Fine metal particles which comprise iron and a metal other than iron, have an average particle diameter ranging 1 to 200 nm, and contain iron in an amount of 0.1 to 3.0 wt %; and a method for preparing the fine metal particles. The metal other than iron is preferably one or more metals selected from the group consisting of Au, Ag, Pd, Pt, Rh, Ru, Cu, Ni, Co, Sn, Ti, In, Al, Ta and Sb. The fine metal particle may have the surface which is partly converted to an oxide or a hydroxide. The metal particles can be suitably used for forming a transparent electroconductive film which has a surface resistance as low as approximately 10 to 10 OMEGA /c, is excellent in antistatic property, reflection preventing property and electromagnetic shielding property, and exhibits excellent reliability and durability.
L'invention concerne des particules de métal fines qui renferment du fer et un autre métal, de diamètre moyen compris entre 1 et 200 nm, à teneur en fer comprise entre 0,1 et 3 %, en poids, et un procédé d'élaboration correspondant.
