An ethylene/ alpha -olefin polymer blend is described comprising first and second ethylene/a-olefin polymer components in which the ethylene content of the first component is at least 10 weight percent different than the ethylene content of the second component. These blends exhibit an improved combination of low temperature, pellet flow, compression set, melt strength and/or shape retention properties as compared to either component, or an ethylene/ alpha -olefin polymer blend of similar composition but in which the ethylene content of each component is substantially the same. L'invention concerne un mélange polymère éthylène/ alpha -oléfine contenant des premier et des second composants polymères éthylène/ alpha -oléfine, le contenu en éthylène du premier composant contenant une différence d'au moins 10 % en poids par rapport au contenu en éthylène du second composant. Ces mélanges présentent une combinaison améliorée de basse température, d'écoulement de pastilles, de rémanence à la compression, de résistance à la fusion, et/ou de propriétés de mémoire de forme, comparés à l'un des composant ou à un mélange polymère éthylène/ alpha -oléfine de composition similaire, mais dans laquelle le contenu en éthylène de chaque composant est sensiblement le même.
