La présente invention concerne des dérivés de purine 2-, 6-, 8-, 9-monosubstitués, 2,6-, 2,9-, 6,8-, 6,9-disubstitués et 2,6,8-, 2,6,9-, 6,8,9-trisubstitués et leurs analogues déaza et aza, qui possèdent un effet inhibiteur sur les protéines de kinase dépendantes de la cycline (cdks). Elle concerne également leur utilisation en tant que composés anticancéreux, anti-inflammatoires, antiviraux, neurodépresseurs et immunosuppresseurs.
