Abstract | A process for the catalytic cracking in a fluidized bed where the feed stock is fully and previously vaporized before made to contact the cracking catalyst which has its origin in the regenerator. The pre-vaporization of the feed dispenses with the heat exchange with the catalyst in order to vaporize the feed. Thus, coke deposits on the catalyst surface are reduced, the yield of the gasoline unit is improved and the unit may operate under very low contact times (<0.5 seconds). Modes for adjusting the heat balance of the unit as a function of the increase in the feed temperature without harm to the catalyst circulation are also presented.
La présente invention concerne un processus de craquage catalytique dans un lit fluidisé où les premières matières d'alimentation sont totalement vaporisées avant d'être mises en contact avec le catalyseur de craquage provenant du générateur. La pré-vaporisation de la charge d'alimentation dispense de l'échange thermique avec la catalyseur pour vaporiser la charge d'alimentation. Par conséquent, on réduit la formation de dépôts de coke à la surface du catalyseur, et on améliore le rendement de l'unité d'essence laquelle peut fonctionner avec des temps de contact très réduits (<0.5 secondes). Par ailleurs, cette invention concerne des modes de réglage du bilan thermique de l'unité en fonction de l'augmentation de la température de la charge d'alimentation, sans porter de préjudices à la circulation du catalyseur. |
