Abstract | A release film for producing a green sheet of the present invention includes a base material and a release agent layer provided at a side of a first surface of the base material. The release agent layer includes an ultraviolet curable compound (A) having three or more reactive groups selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acryloyl group, an alkenyl group and a maleimide group in one molecule thereof, a polyorganosiloxane (B) and an α-aminoalkylphenone based photopolymerization initiator (C). An arithmetic average roughness Ra1 of an outer surface of the release agent layer may be different than an arithmetic average roughness Ra2 of a second surface of the base material. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent pinholes and variation in partially thickness from occurring to the green sheet. |
