Abstract | Provided is a cellulose ester-based resin composition having excellent processability, resistance to coloration caused by processing and flame retardancy. Also provided is a molded article having excellent color tone and flame retardancy. The cellulose ester-based resin composition of the present invention is characterized by comprising 1 to 50 parts by mass of a phosphate represented by the following Formula (1) with respect to 100 parts by mass of a cellulose ester-based resin:
