Abstract A pixel structure and driving method thereof, a display panel and a display device. The pixel structure includes a plurality of sub-pixels arranged in a form of array, each sub-pixel is driven by a thin film transistor; wherein, sub-pixels provided in a same row are driven by two gate lines located thereon and thereunder; one data line serves to drive two columns of sub-pixels located on two sides of it; a plurality of sub-pixels in two adjacent rows that are driven by one data line constitute one pixel unit. For the pixel structure, there is further provided a driving method, and the pixel structure is easy to be driven and has a simple sequence control.
