The assembly for aircraft cockpit comprising a seat in which a crew member is intended to sit and a display and control device. The display and control device is configured to be mounted relative to the seat displaceable between a first position in which the display and control device is arranged to be used in front by the crew member when the latter is sitting in the seat and a second position in which the display and control device is arranged to be used by said crew member to the side and leave free the frontal zone of the crew member when the latter is sitting in the seat.
