Abstract The invention discloses a computer vision and radio frequency identification technology based book enrolment management apparatus, which comprises an image acquisition working platform, an image acquisition device, an RFID tag reader/writer and antenna group for extracting information characteristics of the book to control and operate embedded firmware modules to analyze the image acquired information characteristics of each registered book, and record them in a storage database and RFID tag.
