Abstract | An emulsion composition according to the present invention includes: a nonionic compound having a molecular weight that is greater than or equal to 500 and a cloud point that is less than or equal to 80 degrees Celsius in a 1 percent aqueous solution in which ethylene oxide and an alkylene oxide having a carbon number that is greater than or equal to 3 are added in block and/or random form to an aliphatic alcohol having a carbon number that is less than or equal to 18; and a synthetic resin. |
