Abstract An acrylic film for a lens substrate is provided. The film has a thickness of 400 mum or thinner and comprises a layer of a resin composition comprising a methacrylic resin and rubber particles dispersed therein. A lens layer can be placed on the acrylic film to produce a lens film excellent in light fastness. The lens film may be laminated on a resin sheet to produce a lens sheet suppressing its deformation such as warping or sagging.
