Abstract | A ceramic green sheet producing method which makes it possible to simultaneously produce two high-performance thin ceramic green sheets includes the steps of: coating both sides of a laminate film composed of two carrier films united into a laminate with a ceramic slurry; drying the ceramic slurry; and separating the two carrier films from each other to thereby obtain ceramic green sheets each supported by a carrier film. A release agent is applied to the obverse side of each carrier film, the reverse sides of the two carrier films being glued to each other. |
