Abstract | A composite valve made of a first dish-like member having an open face and concaved portions defining diaphragm chambers, a second dish-like member having an open face and concaved portions defining complex passages, an intermediate member having opposite open faces opposing the open faces of the first and second dish-like members and complex partitions defining bearing portions and complex passages, a diaphragm element interposed between the first dish-like member and the intermediate member, valve elements slidably mounted in the bearing portion and connected to the diaphragm element, and valve seat elements interposed between the second dish-like element and the intermediate member and providing valve seats. |
