| Abstract | A circuit breaker comprising a mechanism for converting the basic hand-operated circuit breaker to a motor-operated circuit breaker, after assembly of the hand-operated circuit breaker. The conversion mechanism comprises a mechanical reciprocating portion which is open at the lower end so that it can slide over the crankshaft assembly with the closing spring crank and hand cam in position, to quickly and easily convert a hand operated breaker into a motor operated breaker. |
