Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving user-generated input. The user-generated input initiates a request for a first reduced configuration associated with a group of services to a client computing device associated with a user. Further embodiments can include obtaining a merged configuration associated with the group of services, obtaining staged system data associated with the group of services, and generating the first reduced configuration based on the merged configuration and the staged system data. Additional embodiments can include transmitting the first reduced configuration to the client computing device, wherein the client computing device presents the first reduced configuration on a display associated with the client computing device to the user.
