The first bearing portion of the intermediate element is slidably and securably connected to the anchor-element-side bearing portion; the fastening-element-side bearing portion of the fastening element is slidably and securably connected to the second bearing portion; and the bearing portions are each designed such that the corresponding bearing portions each telescopically engage with one another.
