Abstract Oral care compositions and/or unit-dose oral care compositions with a non-inferior amount of fluoride. Unit-dose oral care compositions comprising greater than 850 ppm, greater than 1000 ppm, greater than 1150 ppm, greater than 1450 ppm, or greater than 2000 ppm of fluoride. Unit-dose oral care compositions with a salivary fluoride pK AUC that is at least 60% of the salivary fluoride pK AUC of 1.25 g of the appropriate reference toothpaste when dosed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
