Summary: | A solid electrolytic capacitor according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a tantalum lead-out wire and a capacitor element. The capacitor element includes an anode body, a dielectric layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and a cathode body. The tantalum lead-out wire penetrates the capacitor element in a penetrating direction, cross sections of the tantalum lead-out wire and the capacitor element perpendicular to the penetrating direction include a rectangular shape, a longitudinal direction of the cross sections extending in a horizontal direction, and a value of Wc/Wd is less than 0.5, where We is a vertical length of the cross section of the tantalum lead-out wire perpendicular to the penetrating direction and Wd is a vertical length of the cross section of the capacitor element perpendicular to the penetrating direction. |
