Abstract The present invention is in the field of automatic dishwashing detergent compositions, as well as methods of making and using same. In particular, it relates to an automatic dishwashing detergent composition comprising a new protease. The automatic dishwashing detergent composition provides improved cleaning and finishing. In particular the composition of the invention provides better proteinaceous removal at the same level of other proteases available in the market. This also alternatively allows for the use of a lower level of the protease of the invention and therefore a more cost effective composition.
