Abstract An ink composition for ink-jet printing, which has good re-dispersibility after being dried and does not undergo a change in properties of the ink even when stored for a long time period; and an ink-jet printing method and a dyeing method using the ink composition. The ink composition includes a pigment; water; a polymer including at least two monomers independently selected from a monomer (A), a monomer (B) and a monomer (C) represented by specific formulae; a styrene-butadiene resin; a water-soluble organic solvent; and a nonionic surfactant.
