Abstract An imaging device of the present invention comprises a display section that is capable of displaying a circular map display, having a cursor capable of movement in a circumferential direction and in a radial direction, an operation section that respectively causes movement of the cursor in the circumferential direction and the radial direction in accordance with operation of an operating section, and a control section that carries out control to make respective first and second shooting parameters correspond to a position of the cursor, that has been moved by the operation section, in a radial direction and a circumferential direction, wherein the first parameter is dependent on the position in the circumferential direction, and the display section is provided with a neutral zone on the circular map display, for neutralizing the first shooting parameter.
