According to one embodiment, the target fish can be effectively attracted by way of a single color-changing artificial bait; the attractive effect is further enhanced by the fact that the overall color of the artificial bait is changed. In addition, because a single artificial bait can be used without regard to season or depth, user convenience is improved.
