Abstract A control device for an internal combustion engine includes: a variable valve timing portion changing a phase of opening and closing of each of an intake valve and an exhaust valve into a target phase; an EGR valve adjusting an exhaust gas recirculation amount recirculated from an exhaust side to an intake side; a supercharging efficiency control portion controlling a supercharging efficiency of a supercharger; a throttle valve adjusting an intake air amount; and the internal combustion engine feedback-controls at least two of the EGR valve, the supercharging efficiency control portion, and the throttle valve, and feedforward-controls the variable valve timing portion.
