Summary:Methods, systems, and computer-readable medium are provided for generating a user interface that presents quality measures to a clinician in a healthcare system. Quality measures are identified that are applicable to a medical condition of a patient. Data elements that indicate completion of one or more quality measures are also identified in the patient's electronic medical record. A completion status of each of the quality measures is determined based on the data elements. A user interface is generated that provides an indication of the medical condition(s) of the patient, applicable quality measures, and the completion status thereof. The user interface may be presented to a clinician accessing the patient's EMR and may allow the clinician to provide additional data to document completion of a quality measure.
