Abstract Call management systems and methods are provided. The call management system includes a touch-sensitive display unit, and a processing unit. The touch-sensitive display unit displays data including at least a body and a phone number, and receives a selection corresponding to the phone number. In response to the selection corresponding to the phone number, the processing unit automatically dials according to the phone number, and displays the body of the data during dialing via the touch-sensitive display unit.
